On with the dance, let the joy be unconfined! My horrible, noisy, drug dealing neighbour is in foreclosure and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy. We could actually get RID of him!!!!! My understanding is the foreclosure process takes forever, so it won't be any time soon, but the end might be nigh. Unless he comes up with the money.

This explains why we've had the police out 3 different times in just over a week. If he's losing his home, no wonder his temper is on a hair trigger. Thursday night's incident involved holes being punched in the wall of the shared lobby. I am SO ready for him to be gone already.
