Gakked from...someone on my f-list/dwircle, here's a fic rec: May Memory Restore, about Peggy Carter and Howard Stark down the decades after Steve's "death". NOT a romance, but gen. It's really great about all the moral compromises Agent Carter had to make to work at SHIELD, without hitting the reader over the head with her ethical dilemmas. Spoilers for Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Is it January yet? I can't wait for the TV series "Agent Carter" to start. Please let it not suck. And please let it not be cancelled.

I'm usually not really into novelty coffee-based drinks (as far as I'm concerned, eggnog and pumpkin don't belong anywhere near espresso), but Starbucks' chestnut praline latte is *yummy*.
