raincitygirlHave just had a tummy bug, threw up nine times in fifteen hours. Not fun. I haven't thrown up yet today, but I still feel like death warmed over. Also, my abdominal muscles ache from all the contracting. This must be what it feels like to do 200 sit-ups.
