So, note to self. Don't get raped at the age of 12 in Michigan, get pregnant as a result of the rape, and choose to carry to term. A Michigan judge will give your rapist (a twice-convicted child sex offender, convicted for assaulting 2 different children) joint custody over the child of your rape, and that same judge will also provide your convicted rapist with your home address for purposes of arranging joint custody, and issue a court order ordering you and your child to move back to Michigan to facilitate joint custody between and your rapist.
What the fuckity fucking fuck, Judge Gregory Ross? Have you no daughters, no wife, no nieces, no female friends you value? THINK for one fucking second before revictimizing this poor girl and her poor child.
Edited to add: And a commenter pointed out that Judge Ross should know this ruling is fucking wrong even if he's never met a woman socially in his entire life. The women in his life aren't responsible for him using his power as a judge to do this infinitely shitty thing. HE chose to make this judgment.
