iTunes is making the cast recording of Hamilton available on Friday. Worth buying? I have heard all kinds of squee about Hamilton from New York-based f-listers. However, cast recordings of musicals I haven't already seen are sometimes more confusing than anything else.....

The flippers who bought Horrible Neighbours apartment have successfully flipped it. There's a Sold sign up when it's only been on the market less than two weeks. It's like this city's real estate market doesn't know we're in a recession. $279,000 they were asking for for 514 square feet.
