Ai yai yai yai yai. Just when we thought the < ahref=http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/phone-hacking/8875395/News-of-the-World-hired-private-eye-to-spy-on-phone-hacking-victims-lawyers.html>phone hacking thing was fading away. This is actually a few weeks old, I think. But still, kinda creepy. Granted, lawyers are generally not shrinking violets, but I think most lawyers would expect the heavy-hitting from the opposition to occur within work hours and restrict itself to work-related topics. No matter how tough you are professionally, it'd still be DARN creepy knowing someone was following you around with your kids, filming them, and getting copies of their birth certificates.
