I'm amused that the article references the Boston Marathon as a reason everyone was twitchy, given Liverpool's location and religious/ethnic mix, which means IRA issues have been a fact of life as long as anyone can remember and here, indeed, are the local university's official guidelines for What to Do When You Get A Bomb Threat
