"Gossamer-thin plot" and Musical go together perfectly, seems to me. The trailer I saw bragged that it has the same composer as "La-La Land", but I never saw the latter because I could tell from the *poster* that the leads can't dance. With Hugh Jackman (not to mention Zendaya) I know I'm getting the real thing.
