Yeah, I don't think anybody's that nasty spontaneously, without having practiced on other people first.
I'm not going to forward the emails to his boss until AFTER I've closed out the account altogether, but I'm going to do so. And I can't close out the account until my nice investment lady at the credit union and I have signed a bunch of paperwork regarding the Registered Retirement Savings stuff (because if I don't move it from something tax-sheltered at Investors Group to something else tax-sheltered at Vancity, I end up having to pay a bunch of tax on it). Which I already knew about when I emailed him, despite his various implications that I am hopeless at managing my own money.
And I can't see my nice investment lady at Vancity to get those signatures until August 12 because she's only working extremely part-time right now due to coming back to work slowly after cancer treatments. She offered to transfer my account to one of her colleagues so I could get it done faster, but after 9 years of her patiently putting up with my bullshit, I'm not going to switch to someone else because her cancer is inconvenient to me. It just means IG asshole gets a stay of execution for a few more weeks.
