Well, we've had torrential rain the last 2 days, so the snow is melting. But now we have slush, which is probably worse than snow. Oh well, it'll keep raining and eventually all the snow will be gone. I'm accustomed to rain, living on the Wet Coast.

I just did the emptying study yesterday morning and it was...anti-climactic. I was expecting a little more excitement, given that we were fooling around with radioactivity, but it was just me, a nuclear medicine tech, and a trainee tech, sitting around for 2.5 hours, getting my abdomen scanned every 10 or 15 minutes. As medical tests go, it was easily the least painful and least embarrassing, possibly because I didn't have to put on any hospital gowns. Thanks for remembering and asking.
