If you have ever read and enjoyed a Peter Wimsey mystery, run rather than walk to read executrix's new fic Gaudeamus Igitur, Mature Dum Sumus: A Detective Story With Love Interruptions. It retells Gaudy Night as if the principal investigators of the mystery were not Peter Wimsey and Harriet Vane (as actually happened in the book), but the supporting characters of Miss Climpson, Miss Lydgate, Viscount Saint-George, and Bunter. Go, read now! Unless you haven't read Gaudy Night yet, in which case, read that first, because this fic is chock full of spoilers for it.
