There are some real fucking lunatics in this world, apparently, and some of them live in Vancouver. Thanks a lot, guys, for making life that much harder for reputable and non-crazy animal rescue organizations. Not to mention giving the false impression that there are so few genuinely abandoned and mistreated dogs in this city needing help that would-be rescuers are reduced to dognapping well-loved pets out of people's gardens.

It's LUDICROUS. It's like something out of 101 Dalmations. Which was supposed to be a Disney movie, not an instruction manual for would-be dognappers.
