Don't know about just the female characters, but I've always though that the Cribs' "The Modern Way" is good for all of them. (You can see how geeky I got by the fact that I've actually assigned verse 1 to Sarah and John, verse 2 to Derek, and verse 3 to Cameron and Weaver.) The original Kaiser Chiefs version is musically softer and more frivolous, and less in tone with the show.
